Ingredients
- 1 cup @pompompaddock flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ½ bananas
- ¼ cup honey feel free to add more if you would like extra sweetness
- 2 tbsp almond butter lunchbox friendly alternatives incl. sunflower seed butter or watermelon seed butter, we love @loriswholesomepantry
- 1 egg
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method
- In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients
- In a separate bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients together
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes
- *Optional: almond butter and choc drizzle
