A wise person once said ‘mmmm, doughnuts’. And all of us here at the paddock agree! That’s why we’ve made this super simple, super quick doughnut recipe that will be sure to fill that doughnut shaped whole in your tummy 🙂
This is a delicious way to make a rosti, turning it pizza like. Feel free to top the finished rosti with fresh chopped tomatoes and sliced prosciutto or salami or leave the cheese off and serve with avocado, poached eggs and smoked salmon.
We were thinking … ‘We all know Cherry Pie is delicious, but how could we make it even better?’ So we made a Cherry Pie you can hold in your hand (or two hands if you want ;)!
This galette is such a beautiful way to showcase some of the season’s best fruits.
The pastry makes enough for two galettes so keep it wrapped in the fridge or freeze it and make this over and over again.
There are flatbreads and there are FLATBREADS! These fabulous numbers are great for snacks, light meals or entertaining 🙂
A rather simple but impressive cake to add to your repertoire. Stores well for a couple of days. Reheat lightly before serving and enjoy with your favourite yoghurt, cream or ice-cream.
